Clients are requested to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to fill out required paperwork. This will ensure that they can benefit from the full allotted time for their session. Daisy Massage and Spa understands that circumstances arise that are out of the client's control. Should a client(s) arrive later than their appointment time, they may receive a shortened service, or, if time permits, they may still receive a full service.
Cancellation Policy:Should a client need to cancel their appointment, Daisy Massage & Spa requests a minimum of 24 hours notice. Clients providing a least 24 hours notice may have appointments canceled or rescheduled at no charge. Clients providing less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation will be charged for half of the amount of the scheduled service. Clients who fail to arrive at a scheduled appointment without providing notice will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled services. Due to this policy, we request credit card information at the time appointments are scheduled. The client will not be billed unless there is a cancellation or no show.
3rd Party Gift Certificates:We accept SpaFinder and SpaWeek Gift Certificates! The total value of the gift certificate must be redeemed at Daisy Massage & Spa. Any balance(s) will be transferred to a Daisy Massage & Spa Gift Card. 3rd Party Gift certificates cannot be used toward gratuities or spa memberships. SpaFinder and SpaWeek gift certificates cannot be used towards any discounted service(s) or package(s).
